"Rick's Jewelry did an excellent job on all the pieces I had them fix. They replaced a cracked amethyst in my black hills gold ring, replaced a very small missing diamond in my small diamond cluster ring, they changed the post on my diamond earrings so I can use a back that clamps (I have problems keeping earrings in my right ear), and on my smaller diamond earrings they added an illusion to make the earring bigger by changing the post (it kept going through my piercing and I had lost the screw back on one of the earrings). They also added a better link on my small diamond bracelet. The quality of work was great and the turn around time was also very good. The owners and employees were very friendly and very helpful. They provided me with great suggestions or ways to help prevent me from losing my earrings."
